Matriarch Athletics Lifetime Warranty Policy

Responsibility shouldn't stop at checkout.

If something leaves our warehouse with a manufacturing defect, that shouldn't become your problem.

It should stay ours.

That's why every Matriarch Athletics product is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If we make a mistake, we'll make it right.

WHAT'S COVERED

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance or intended use of your product, including:

Stitching or seam failures
Fabric defects
Faulty zippers, hardware, or closures
Manufacturing or workmanship defects

If your claim is approved, we'll replace your product at no cost.

If the original style, size, or colour is no longer available, we'll provide a comparable replacement or store credit of equal value.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use or circumstances outside of manufacturing defects, including:

Normal wear and tear
Pilling, fading, or cosmetic changes over time
Snags, tears, punctures, or abrasions
Damage caused by improper washing or care
Accidental damage or misuse
Alterations or modifications made after purchase
Damage caused by pets or other external factors

Activewear is designed to perform, but every product has a practical lifespan depending on how it's is used and cared for.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to:

The original purchaser
Products purchased directly from Matriarch Athletics or an authorized retailer
Products that have not been altered or modified

For the purposes of this warranty, "lifetime" refers to the practical lifetime of the product under normal use, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Starting a warranty claim is simple.

Email support@matriarchathletics.com with:

Your proof of purchase
Clear photos showing the issue
A brief description of what happened

Our team will review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

In most cases, the photos provided are all we'll need to assess the claim.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If your claim is approved, we'll ship you a replacement product at no cost.

In most cases, you won't need to return the original item.

Instead, we'll usually ask you to donate it to a local charity, textile recycling program, or someone who can continue using it. We'd rather reduce unnecessary waste than have products shipped back to us when it's not needed.

Occasionally, we may ask you to return the product if additional inspection is required before approving your claim.
