Shipping Policy
- Orders will be shipped within 24 Hours.
- You'll find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Be sure to check your order confirmation email! A typical timeline is 7-10 business days for standard shipping.
Return standards and conditions.
We have a 30-day return window for all items on our site. This return window begins once your package has been delivered to you. We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges! Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes. If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
- Items with piling may be subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Any items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items discounted less than 30% are welcome to be returned within our 30-day window.
- Upon your return package's delivery and processing, the cost of the returned item(s) will be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order. This can take 3-5 business days to process. Please note that return label costs are deducted from the total refund amount for the item(s) being returned.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet on your credit card, please contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you haven’t received a refund yet on a Debit transaction, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Coverage
- Our Lifetime Warranty ensures replacement at no cost for any product that fails due to manufacturing defects.
- If the original item is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal value and similar style, ensuring our commitment to your satisfaction and trust in our brand.
- Disclaimer:Our Lifetime Warranty ensures your activewear can handle all your workouts, from yoga mats to running tracks. But ‘wearable life’ doesn’t include the time your leggings double as a tug-of-war toy with your dog. Our warranty is all for flexibility, just not that kind! We know those puppy eyes are hard to resist, but our warranty strictly plays on team human!
Eligibility
- Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.
- The warranty benefits the original owner for the lifetime of the product, which refers to the period the item is expected to last under normal use.
- Damage from accidents, improper care, negligence, or the natural wear and tear, including the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not covered.

- For health and safety, all items must be cleaned before submission for warranty service.

Shipping Costs
- Under this warranty policy, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product(s) back to us for warranty service. To show our appreciation for your trust in our brand, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you, free of charge.
